Legacy Process

making your legacy a reality

01. LEARN

The first stage is about listening. You have ideas about what you want, your budget, and how you would like a project executed. We want to hear about it all. Once we have a good idea about your preferences and goals, we develop a detailed project proposal. This will include a meticulous cost assessment that lets you know where money is spent, and how the project will be scheduled.

02. ASSEMBLE

Assembling the key pieces starts right after we get the okay. Sourcing designers, reaching out to sub- contractors, mobilizing tools and equipment, and pre-ordering materials are all done based on your unique project. Once complete, our team will have a better idea about the timeline. We constantly update our costing to let you know where every cent is going.

03. BUILD

Our project managers work with our extended team to build out the project. Situations are fluid, and your preferences for what you want may change. That’s okay! Flexibility is one of our hallmarks. We make sure you’re in the loop at every stage. Regular updates and cost breakdowns guarantee transparency. Our team may encounter challenges, but you’ll be the first to know.

04. DELIVER

Finishing a project is always bittersweet: our team is excited to see the looks on faces once it’s complete, but we’re sad to see the project end. While one chapter closes, another is just beginning. We’re always eager to see how your legacy continues to evolve. If you need anything after the project is completed, we’re always willing to meet you for a chat. We may say goodbye for a time, but you’ll always be a part of our legacy, and we hope to be a small part of yours as well.
